All of our gelato & sorbetto is made locally in our kitchen in Central Florida. We have our tried and true recipes but are always making and testing new flavors. We produce in small batches for quality and believe in our product. Our family loves making (and eating!) gelato and we hope you love it, too.
We make our gelato from scratch - using only fresh ingredients. Our ingredient lists are short, and we don't ever use preservatives or artificial coloring. Our lemons are hand squeezed and our mint is hand picked. We think that having a great product starts with a fresh foundation, and that's exactly what we do.
Ingredients
It all started with a passion for gelato and a truck. After a trip to Europe & falling in love with the taste and texture of authentic gelato, we knew that we wanted to bring home that happiness in a cone and share it with others. So, we set out to do just that and started the original gelato truck in Central Florida.
As a family business, we are used to doing everything in-house and from scratch. While we are still family owned and operated, we are constantly growing and expanding.
